Day 0

Step 1: Your Free Enquiry

You fill out our quick form or WhatsApp us. No paperwork, no commitment, and absolutely no payment required to start.

What you do: Share your name, WhatsApp number, pin code, and your average monthly electricity bill.
What we do: Our solar advisor calls you within 2 hours (9am–7pm) to understand your needs and schedule a visit.
What to expect: A friendly, no-pressure conversation. No sales pitch. Just questions to understand your roof situation.
Day 1 - 3

Step 2: Free Site Survey

A trained FGE solar engineer visits your home at a time convenient to you to assess technical feasibility. Completely free.

What they check: Rooftop area and orientation, structural capacity, shading from trees/buildings, and past KSEB bills.
What you get: On the spot, an initial idea of the recommended system size and approximate monthly savings.
What to expect: A polite, knowledgeable engineer. A 45–90 min visit. You can ask any question. No pressure to proceed.
Day 2 - 4

Step 3: Your Custom Proposal

Within 24 hours of the site visit, you receive a complete, written, fixed-price solar proposal via WhatsApp or email.

The proposal includes: System size (kW), panel/inverter specs, estimated generation, net cost after subsidy, payback period, and 25-year ROI.
What you do: Review the proposal at your own pace. Consult with family. Ask us to clarify anything.
What to expect: Total transparency. The price quoted is final. Proposal is valid for 30 days. No aggressive follow-ups.
Day 5 - 35 (Govt Processing)

Step 4: Approvals & Paperwork

Once you confirm and sign the agreement, we dive into the bureaucracy. We handle all government and utility approvals on your behalf.

What we handle: PM Surya Ghar portal registration, KSEB net metering feasibility, structural load calcs, and technical drawing submissions.
What you do: Provide a copy of your electricity bill, Aadhaar, and bank details (for subsidy). Sign where we indicate.
What to expect: Patience required. Govt processing takes 15-30 days. We follow up daily and give you weekly WhatsApp updates. You don't visit any office.
Day 35 - 40

Step 5: Installation Day

Once KSEB gives feasibility approval, our installation team arrives at your home on a scheduled date to execute the build.

What they do: Mount HDGI structure, lay panels, run concealed DC cables, install inverter/earthing, and conduct rigorous safety tests.
What you do: Be available at home. Provide access to the roof and the main electrical panel area.
What to expect: 1-2 days of work for standard homes. A team of 3-5 uniformed professionals. Minimal disruption. Your home is left spotless, all waste removed.
Day 40 - 55

Step 6: KSEB Net Metering

We schedule a KSEB technical inspection. This is the final step to officially connect your solar system to the grid.

What happens: KSEB engineer visits, verifies safety standards, installs the bidirectional Net Meter, and synchronizes the system.
What to expect: Your system is officially LIVE. Excess daytime power starts flowing to KSEB, earning you credits.
Day 60 - 90

Step 7: Subsidy Disbursement

The post-installation paperwork is submitted to the National Portal by us to trigger your subsidy release.

What happens: The PM Surya Ghar subsidy amount (up to ₹78,000) is credited directly to your registered bank account by the central government.
What to expect: This is a real, guaranteed Govt transfer. Processing takes 30-60 days post-commissioning. We monitor the portal and alert you.

You Might Be Wondering...

Solar panels are a premium home upgrade. They significantly increase property value. The system stays with the house, and warranties seamlessly transfer to the new owner, making your home highly attractive to buyers who love the idea of zero electric bills.
Your major 25-year panel and 5-year inverter warranties are backed by Tier-1 national/global manufacturers (like Tata, Waaree, Growatt), not just the installer. Even in the highly unlikely event FGE Solar ceases operations, your hardware warranties remain 100% valid and serviceable directly by the brand.
We assess every roof type. We have custom mounting structures for flat concrete roofs, sloped tiled roofs, and metal/asbestos sheet roofs. If our engineers find your roof structurally unsound during the free visit, we will honestly tell you it's not suitable before you spend a single rupee.
For individual independent homes, no permissions are needed from neighbours. For apartments or gated communities, you generally need an NOC from the resident association. We assist by providing technical documents and even presenting the safety specs to your committee if required.
